I have a whole home water system and it has leaked twice. Over the weekend it leaked a second time and no one will answer a call. There is absolutely no way to prevent the system from flooding your home and no shut off valve. It has warped the floor where it leaked over the weekend and I have hardwoods throughout my home but in the mean time I am still awaiting a call back. I am very disappointed, I have almost a $4000 filtration system in my home. I am giving two stars only because I love the way the water feels and taste in my home.Updated I am happy to say that the owner has made things right with my system and I believe they have an after hours call system in place which will greatly help old and new clients. Water is wonderful but water damages as quickly as fire and I love my system and it gives me some relief knowing that if there ever is another problem that a human will be there to answer my call. Thank you Ryan for all your help.
